On Thursday it was RU OK? Day and I loved seeing everyone's check-in posts and reminders on socials. But if I'm honest, one day a year was never really the point. The people we love, our mates, our colleagues, our family, need us to ask "are you okay?" far more often than once a year. Not as a checkbox, but as a habit. So here's my little challenge: pick one person today and genuinely check in. Not "how are you" in passing...actually ask questions, and actually listen to their response.
