Assembly Shop Coffees introduce The Rwanda Collection in their recent newsletter. This collection consists of three single-producer lots developed by Assembly Shop Coffees along with Muraho Trading Co, Rwanda's leading green coffee exporter. The featured products are Jonathan Ngoga Washed, Berthe Nyiransengimana Natural, and Deo Gratias Bagaragaza Washed with Assisted Fermentation. Assembly's unique collaboration with smallholder farmers resulted in a 140% price increase compared to what they would have achieved independently.
